In order to correctly determine the origin of import and export goods under the Free Trade Agreement between the Government of the People's Republic of China and the Government of the Republic of Nicaragua, and promote the economic and trade relations between our country and Nicaragua, The General Administration of Customs has formulated the Measures of the Customs of the People's Republic of China on the Administration of Origin of Import and Export Goods Under the Free Trade Agreement Between the Government of the People's Republic of China and the Government of the Republic of Nicaragua and hereby promulgates them.
Where the consignee of imported goods or his agent applies for tax rates under the Free Trade Agreement between the Government of the People's Republic of China and the Government of the Republic of Nicaragua at the time of import of the goods, The Customs Declaration for Import Goods of the People's Republic of China (hereinafter referred to as "Import Declaration") shall be completed in accordance with the relevant requirements of the General Administration of Customs Announcement No. 34 of 2021 on "Imported Goods under Preferential Trade Agreements that have not yet realized electronic information exchange of origin", and the documents of origin shall be submitted. When filling in the "Preferential Trade Agreement Benefits" category column of the commodity item of "Import Declaration Form", the "preferential Trade Agreement code" column should be filled in the code "24".
The Certificate of origin under the Free Trade Agreement between the Government of the People's Republic of China and the Government of the Republic of Nicaragua is a self-printable certificate.
